I had all kinds of QC issues, I will not mess Donner again. If you order this guitar, know tuners will need to replaced. You'll probably have to glue the string Farrells. Buyer beware!

Still need to change the tuners on the one I got. They are really the only think I don’t like about it though

Have you tried to get in contact with service? If you did, what was the outcome? It's been slow for me, but after many attempts to send a video good enough they agreed to send new tuners.
