This video would have been much more helpful if you had shown a picture or drawing of what muscles we are talking about. Maybe everybody seeing this knows but I came straight from Facebook and didn't have any prior knowledge of even what the diastasis recti is...or are...:-) My mid section is in terrible shape at 69 years old after having two vertical C-sections in the past. I guess this is good information to know.
