- What do you do when your initial plan doesn't work out? You keep on going. That's exactly what happened on this trip. I didn't find the tide I expected and almost all of the water was gone. So, with almost perfect conditions, I thought this would be the best time to try out some new lures a friend gave me. They worked GREAT.
That turned it into a super quick trip, but you know what, better to have a quick trip like this than stuck at home!

Great video brother. The paddle tail you were using was a Storm Minnow. The color was a prototype for a Glass Minnow. Refining that color now but it looks like we got it pretty close!

Well done son! I don't know if things change there like the west side but this time of year the trout would be moving south towards Barataria Bay. Man that water was low. Keep the videos coming.
That water was lowwww. Yeah trout are moving south out of the marsh on the east side too. This is the time I usually switch to reds but I gotta get top water done, it's too much fun.
@catchyalater How close to Lake Borgne are you? I use to read great reports for Reds and Specks caught there in the summer
@@johngibby2026 I am about 30 minutes away from a few launches that get into Borne. I do fish it from time to time but I need the wind to be very calm in my boat.

what kind of softwares do you develope?
I've worked for almost any industry you can think of. In general I work for mid-large size enterprises who do both b2b and b2c software. Lately that's in real estate and finance. I used to do fun consumer facing stuff but haven't in a while.
