Make juice with carrots-2, cucumber 1, Tomatoes 2, beetroot peice 1, mix this without water make juice by first grinding tomatoes and cucumber then add carrots and beetroots. Like u can use ridgegaurd, bottle gaurd, bitter gaurd, etc.,
It is mentioned snake gourd not bitter gourd .
