Someone once did a Boothill zero cycle with no lightcone. He’s literally GOATED.
I literally played once with no lightcone because I forgot that I removed his LC and I still slayed
The LC doesn’t really matter for boothill except for the new one coming in lingshas banner that has mozes face on it

I mean yeah none of his dmg scales off of any stats provided by most lightcones.

I would suggest to build moze as he is a 4 star variant of topaz and save your tickets for future character
March 7th hunt is also really really good

Topaz haver here. She’s good and has value in follow up teams, but damn is she easily replaceable. Moze can be a good F2P substitute.
you could if you have Feixiao, as Topaz is feixiaos best sub-dps, but HM7 has similar damage, and E2> Moze also works, my personal recommendation is no, but if you like her go for it
