I just watching your videos, you put so many details in your work and I can tell you how many passion you have for each project. Thank you so so much for sharing! I am looking forward to more of your videos.....can't wait.
I have really fallen in love with this piece. I started out planning to put it in the Hallway of the Chicago House. Now I want one for the Front Porch,
😹😹love the use of the pegs they are a lot cheaper than the mini clamps 😹😹 I stopped using my wooden pegs for the washing years ago and they have sat up in the lining cupboard ever since 😳 now I have a good use for them thanks for such a brilliant idea 🤗🤗🤗
Hi Julie... Once again congratulations on your fantastic workshops. I wonder if you could possibly provide a workshop on a winged arm chair please? I would like to make one or two for my lounge xx Thank you so much. Keep up with your amazing work x
I think your videos are great only found you yesterday.I started making dollhouse furniture a couple of years ago and wish i had found you then would of saved me alot if time and alot of failed projects. Going to look for your books now i have a couple of books but dont find them very good but think yours are going to be great cant wait to see whats next xxx
Thank you Fiona for your lovely comments and for subscribing to the channel. I have lots more planned and I'm trying to add one video a week. The furniture pieces in both books are built in a similar style to those in the videos, so I'm sure you will enjoy them. Thank you again for subscribing and a warm welcome to my channel. :)
Hi Maggie, most of my pieces translate really well into 1:6 and this is one of them - I think this would look great in a larger scale. Good luck with the build. I'd love to see photos once you're done! :)
I just found your videos yesterday and have done nothing but watch your amazing work!!! Just ordered your two books. Glad my husband doesn't mind eating out!! Thank you so much. You are truly gifted. Are you self taught?
Thank you so much Barbara, I'm glad you found my channel! Thank you also for ordering the books, I'm sure you will enjoy the projects. I am self-taught and have been building furniture for about 17 years now! I have always loved the hobby and have been lucky enough to be able to turn it into a business. After my next miniature fair at the end of September, I hope to be adding more videos every week, so there's lots more to come! Thank you for all your lovely comments.
Julie, what do you use to cut your pieces initially, scroll or band saw, or craft knife and metal ruler? Yours always look so precise. Absolutely love your tutorials, I binge watch and take notes. Ordered your third book a few days ago, already have your other two. Thank you for sharing your talent.
Hi Toni, I use a craft knife and I've done a video called, Working with Wood, which gives some tips and advice on cutting, which you might find helpful. I'm so glad you love the tutorials and thank you for ordering the new book, which I hope you will enjoy. ruclips.net/video/Z2FsQ6ckC64/видео.html
Julie, I love your tutorials. I am so glad that I found you. I was wondering if your pattens could be enlarged for 1:4 scale for dolls such as Tonner fashion dolls, and if so how would I go about doing so?
Hi Sylvia, I'm glad you are enjoying the tutorials. I think most of them would be suitable to make in 1:4. It's not a scale I've ever built in, but the measurement is 3 inches to 1 foot, so you would need to increase the measurements I give by 3. I hope that helps. Please do double check the size looks right before you start to build, but I'm sure that's the calculation! :)
Hi Andrea, sorry for taking so long to reply. I have a new computer and I'm not sure if I still have the cutting list, but I'll do a search and add them to the description asap.
Please note: You will need 4 x HORIZONTAL SIDE MOULDINGS (2 per side) - I have only put 2 in the cutting list.
Thank you.
I really appreciate how you show the cutting list because I’ve never seen that on other videos. Most videos don’t even have verbal instructions.
Thank you, Barbara, it's good to hear your feedback. :)

I think they work better in some cases too, as they are not so strong as clamps, so don't mark the wood. Thank you for watching, Angela. :)
