I bowled leggies to Nasser and Atherton in the nets while they were playing a touring match against South Australia. Nasser and I played a match finish, setting fields etc. I beat him and invited me back to bowl to England to warm them up before the Test. I bowled to all the English sides for four Ashes series, and actually bowled to all touring sides because they needed to face leggies. Also bowled to Australia each year. I watch this back like a comedy sketch. Love the back and forth between them.
Incredible cricket brain and brilliant banter. Can’t believe he’s gone so young.
simply Shane Warne is the reason i love cricket,he is the greatest cricketer of all time.
Shane warne...a legend of legends
Warne is a great cricket storyteller!
Hussain over Thorpe ?
You are being very kind Shane
I thought the same. Thorpe romps it in
Massive slice of my life from 12 years Warne was a sporting villain who I couldn't help but love, curse, encourage.
Warne and McGrath terrorised England for years my admiration for both was endless true sporting icons.
To see such a charismatic sportsman of boundless wit and energy cut down at no age at all is a tragedy.
RIP Warnie mate.
Love the way they joke around each other , here in India , people would go crazy , if someone jokes about former player . Even if it's a teammate. People need to lighten up here .
The world will miss you dearly Shane because you gave so much of yourself to everyone in such a joyous generous way. You loved everyone. But you were ours, you made us so proud and lucky to have you. We will always love you 🇦🇺🙏💖❤️💖🙏🇦🇺
RIP LEGEND! Amazing on and off the field.
Absolutely brilliant, what an insight to the mind set of greatness 👊🏻
Rest in Peace king, simply the greatest. We will never forget you
Shane was so insightful. I cant believe he's gone
Life style
I still can’t come to terms with the loss of Warnie, such a great man.
Hands down one of THE best talkers on cricket is Warne.
Shane warne - why is it not sir Shane - arguable the bet bowler of all time and cricketer - we english love him and never let anyone tell you anything else. We love you shane all round great guy
The truth of the matter is most English cricket fans love Warnie
KP is the best player England have produced. Any conditions, anywhere in the world. KP will take down the most attacks.
Ravi Z I love KP one of my favourite batsman ever but he wasn’t English produced
England got lucky when South Africa let him go
MCsweeney he was average at best until he came to play county cricket
Well Jack Hobbs, Sutcliffe,Hutton ,Hammonds , Barrington,May etc are greater perhaps
Give me prime Freddy, could do it with bat and bowl.
Gooch will always be up there as one of the best batsman we’ve ever had.
I really enjoyed this. Thanks guys 👍
