What I do, perhaps incorrectly, understand is this: "Back in 1975, Cleveland had the second largest population of [...] outside of China, and at that time the Chinese damn communists [...] had them bombs, [...] that radiation float(ed) across the North Pole and [...] directly to Cleveland, Ohio. I thought there was something in this. I thought this was a metaphor. I thought this was a sort of a metaphor for the man-woman relation[...]ship". Can anybody fill in the gaps for me?
