Great introduction to this trading strategy but where can I find more detail in how to set up the spreads? I think the demonstration would have been easier to follow if you were to use a current TTM trade opportunity instead of trying to reconstruct a past opportunity.

Can you tell me what do you do if you have a green or even two after a red but there is no histograms showing which direction its going. An example would be on
