I am a bass player also.
There was a time, racing around on a piece of ground in my home town, waiting for someone or something to show me the way.
Now....the sun is the same in a relative way, but I'm a hell of a lot older.
Of course I'm just paraphrasing one of my favorite bands from the 70's.
