Hey Yashasvi really sorry for the late reply. I believe you would have already made your choice and yes I am sure you can make chapati dough in 5 cups as well(make sure proportion of water and flour are correct). If you already bought it and tried , do let me know how did it turn out.

Hey, you can definitely mince your meat just in a few pulses. Till now, I have never tried mincing meat in a food processor but on the kitchen aid website, they clearly mentioned you can grind.

Yes it’s quite small but it’s good for one time recipe for 2-3 people. For example if I do chapati dough I am able to make 8 medium size chapattis. If you are not sure with size you can go with bigger jar. I believe kitchen aid has 5 cups jar as well with the same motor.

Hey sorry for the late reply. I have tried to make dosa batter. The batter was very coarse. It didn’t turn out very smooth like dosa batter.
