How does data help us with Diversity Equity and Inclusion

The use of data to help us on our Diversity Equity and Inclusion journey is a question we asked our Employee Business Resource Group members. They were quick to respond on the importance of having data to show us where the gaps are, and to help us understand the issues so that we can drive clearer action.
