I honestly don't think that impeller blade is going to last. You should be looking for a new one or make a new one. JMHO

I think this is a parts washer rather than anything else. I suggest a more flexible hose with an adjustable nozzle would work. At the moment, with the hard hose, the water is always being directed at the same part of the filter, so eventually that part of the filter will clog with dirt while the rest of the filter stays clean.

Quit putting things back together without changing bearings; you have no idea how used ones will act under a load. That impeller is going to last a very short time before it disintegrates.
