This was the best music ever....what a voice. What has happened to music in this day and age. Words you could never sing to your children or grandchildren. Vile stuff. Why doesn't SOMEONE come out with music like this NOW? It would be such a hit.

The music world will miss you big time you left your mark in music I was very luckey to meet you when you and your group performed at our Italian Feast in Cambridge Mass one year I took a picture with you and spent time talking music and you were beyond cool I'm sure you are with all your pals now Buddy Holly Bobby Rydell Johnny Maestro b Bobby Vee the list is endless but they left us with the best music and memories we will hang on too

My dad grew up with Larry Chance, both from the Bronx, my dad used to drive him around meta-fact was the one who drove him to American bandstand. Then from my dad‘s 70th surprise birthday party 14 years ago we had Larry Chance & The Earls perform and my dad used to go to there once a month dinner in Yonkers with the whole Bronx crew from back in the day and I was lucky enough to go a few times. My dad is 84 now still going and at least half the people who used to meet up for dinner are all gone now. Life is short, but Larry left his mark. 1000 years from now people will be watching him on who knows what it would be called then, but his music will never die. I’m going to post a few videos and pictures of Larry on my channel soon. RIP Larry
All The Earls that have passed are sorely missed by me . Friends from 1957 on the corner of 238th St. and White plains Road., I now am the last of the original five and it feels strange . Miss you guys.
@@edwardharder3359 you know my dad ? Eugene Cerbone his father had the Cerbone bakery back in the day ,hung out with Larry back than and up into Covid he would go to the monthly dinner. I also had them perform at my dad’s 70th bday 14 years ago.
