they want to improve players with a future and increase the selling price of others for a trade especially the UFA 2023. they will focus on their game not on winning.

I dont think some of these reporters got the memo that the Canadiens are tanking this year.
Habs won`t be as bad as last season. St.Louis was practically playing the Rocket for a good chunk of the season.
They’re used to the team just being bad by accident, not being intentionally horrendous.
