Any nice Melee top player coming into the conversation received a dumb comment from Salem. Salem later posts a twitlinger on the long standing beef between Brawl + sequels to Melee as he deems "years of research." There is some truth to his summary but it's also unnecessary during this time when community as a whole is pretty good. He called Melee players not part of the smash community and deem them their own separate group. Overall majority of people aren't on his side as he was being stupid.
