Does it not diminish the quality and nutrient profile of the food when you microwave / radiate it? It doesn't turn it into McDonalds but it's never as healthy as when it's fresh. It's just convenient.

And now we have bare knuckles boxing and mma on RUclips and it all happened because of Dana white.
I have to eat about 4500 cal just to not drop under 145 I would starve to deathI’m 38 I can still eat two pizzas where the same thing I did when I was 16 you guys must be starving

For all the shit fans give the UFC. Name another fighting organisation looking after their fighters like this. Weight cuts were a huge issue for such a long time and UFC are investing their own cash into making it easier for fighters and making the process more consistent so theres not a ridiculous waterweight cut at the end of the camp. Kudos UFC. Overcoming everything!
