it happened to me. had a breakup, felt this shaking at the base of my spine aka the taint. I meditated for over 40 minutes to try to get it to calm down. I wasn't sure what was happeneing so I just wanted to calm my body. I've been meditating since I was 19. Im 44 now. That triggered a four-month dark night of the soul in which I faced past karma and trauma. I have felt it a few times the following months after those initial four, and each time I ended up crying having faced something again. I had to learn to let go when I felt the sensation again, and that letting go is how we should be in every moment. Take away our judgements, just be in a state of appreciation and each moment can feel like being touched by God. it wont' happen instantly, you may have to go through some challenges but keep faith and be thankful for the opportunity to grow in such an amazing way. Activating is not so difficult, and can even happen spontaneously. One should focus on CHANNELING it correctly and MASTERING it. I kind of experienced something like this, after 30 mins of eyes closed meditation, I always seem like I start feeling an intense energy coming towards me, getting closer and closer, so my body and mind reactions to it are panic and the body sensations are my heart starts racing very fast, this scares my mind and I'm thinking I might die, but this time I let myself go with it a little, to see what this energy is, and I felt it like entering my body from the top of my head down towards my lower body, I was scared because I didn't know what was happening within me...now that I know I might let it completely take control of me and abandon myself to it.
My kundalini awakened over 8 years ago, experiencing the highs and lows and highs again- going through, and feeling the release of each blockage slowly. I'm only now FEELING like it's the right time to practice kundalini yoga on my lower three Chakras because I fully understand the root of the blockages (from my 8 years of experience). I had a super intense Kundalini awakening 10 years ago, but I think it was the reason for my demonic possession, which ruined my life. I started doing yoga, and I would listen to this Tibetan mantra chant cd all the time and chant along with it for long sessions. I learned how to change mantra frequency to vibrate different parts of my body to "heal it with positive frequencies" Well, I was meditating for about 3 hours straight doing the same mantra that I could feel vibrating my 3rd eye. I could feel that i was knocking more and more calcification off bc i could feel the vibrations deeper in my pineal gland and was starting to have visions. That session is when I received an intense surge of energy and electricity up my spine. I fell over on the floor, and my whole body started vibrating out of control while I vividly started hallucinating. It was an organic whole body vibration feeling but too much to handle. For a while after that, i could close my eyes and basically hallucinate whatever i thought up, and boy, were they so vivid and everything was symmetrical. I also started hearing thoughts in my head and thought i was having thoughts implanted in my brain by the government. I started losing it. Soon after, I started having sleep paralysis 4-6 nights out of the week and not your average sleep paralysis. I also started having attacks while I was wide awake in bed. My gf was so scared of what she witnessed me go through. I became so desperate after 8 years that I tried giving myself up to Christ. From that moment, I never had sleep paralysis ever again, nor an attack while awake. My depression was completely lifted. I also had no desire to sin anymore. I am 100% sure the spiritual realm is real, and I basically illegally accessed it without God's permission or protection. I opened myself up to be vulnerable to unclean spirits and became possessed by many. Kundilini was the first one. I was the last person who would believe in the whole "fairy tale Christian thing," but demonic forces literally pushed me to the edge. I had no other options, and how I was delivered from evil, I could never deny my faith.

I had a kundalini awakening when I first started meditating on my chakras. I would feel what felt like electricity or shooting down my spine and up to my head. It started happening almost everytime I meditated. Sometimes it felt like it was slithering down my back. I googled it, not expecting any results and that’s when I found out about kundalini. I noticed it usually happened during third eye meditations, so I just stopped meditating so much on my third eye, and it stopped.

THIS is me right now! My Kundalini has been out of control for over a year, and the movements are far more intrusive and occurring more often than usual. I can barely sleep, have unlimited energy, and the constant chatter in my mind is too much 😣 I activated my Kundalini 4 years ago and it wasn't as intense as it is right now.
I had the opposite happen; now, I am Kundalini tired, three years later. I freed myself from the matrix, several times, just to be sought after by entities in the flesh. They drained it from me. Now, I am left exhausted, all day, every day.
Super important to work on the spiritual aspect of yourself-healing & shadow work before doing this. It’s not a warning to lure a person in with promises of super powers it’s a true warning against the negative side effects that come if that work hasn’t been done. What's with all the rush to experience almighty? We're one with almighty before we are born and after we die. We took birth specifically to experience stuff that we can't experience when we are one with almighty. They’re just seizures. Seizures are common and Ecstatic seizure auras do exist but they’re rare. So that will give you the answer as to why some people can “control” it and it’s hell for others.

Utter lies...... Kundalini is divine energy that don't harm its host. I'm practicing sahaja yoga. The core practice in sahaja yoga is to awaken the motherly Kundalini energy and balance the chakras. Anyone can feel the energy within few day of meditation.

@wearelove8025 yeah, I'm over that period now, from my experience the things I was doing we re not right for someone unexperienced, I recommend you to stop meditating by yourself, you either go to yoga classes and have someone help you with those, or you just stop doing it and just live life, everything will get better, time heals everything just focus on positive energy and good thoughts only remove any negativity from you
I did it. Took 7 days. The liberation of the soul. It was really hard, terrible and relieving week. But worth it. Tho, I consciously did it and were ready to face and experience anything that arises, no matter what I feel. But it helps you to know that you are the consciousness, the separate being from the mind and body, the silent observer, untouchable I AM presence. Otherwise, it can be very dangerous, mentally, emotionally and physically. It's better to know what you are doing. I did it alone without any outside help, because I feel this is my inner soul journey, my own ascension process and everything I need is within.

I can tell you going through it personally, what you say is not (completely) correct. I've had God in my heart for a long time and this experience is just the fruit so to speak. It's not evil unless you make it evil. It is a blessing. God made us all didn't He? Jesus walked a similar path.. God is love. When you have pure love within you, you are one with God. For some, ill intentions exist but it's a very unique and individual experience, so don't throw out the baby with the bathwater so to speak =) It says to meditate in the Bible. Some people are thrown off with the word meditation, don't be. It simply means sitting quietly by yourself. There is no mysticism about it, unless people add mysticism into it. Your intentions are ALL that matter. I would approach everything with an attitude of "no fear, and only love" - life is a blessing, but remember: The closer you get to God, the more the possibility that attacks MAY become greater. It depends. It's different for us all I think.. No fear, only love.

Telling someone not to awaken kundalini is like wishing someone dead. Kundalini is life energy. It's your life force. Just like with karma - another misinterpreted concept. Active kundalini is fine and it makes you alive. However, kundalini yoga can be dangerous because it is treated as a sensation and there are not many good teachers. People also think that all advanced techniques are for them because they are so special. It's common - especially in the west. And this gets people into trouble. Moreover, learning this yoga requires conditions and space (including mental space) that people living in the modern world do not have. No, you won't be able to stay at school or work if you start an intensive practice at 4 am. It's not yoga for everyone, not because it's bad, but quite the opposite: it's great and it works, but it requires practically sacrificing your life. It is simply difficult to reconcile it with, for example, a traditional relationship or marriage. This is yoga in which everything is subordinated to this yoga. I know what I'm talking about because I was trained to be a kundalini yoga teacher. Why am I writing about it in a passive form? It's not because I haven't reached it, it's because I don't teach this yoga. If anything, only certain elements. I've seen people ruin their lives with premature practice. I feel responsible for students and I do not teach anything that may be harmful 😊❤🙏

it happened to me. had a breakup, felt this shaking at the base of my spine aka the taint. I meditated for over 40 minutes to try to get it to calm down. My kundalini awakened over 8 years ago, experiencing the highs and lows and highs again- going through, and feeling the release of each blockage slowly. I'm only now FEELING like it's the right time to practice kundalini yoga on my lower three Chakras because I fully understand the root of the blockages (from my 8 years of experience). I had a super intense Kundalini awakening 10 years ago, but I think it was the reason for my demonic possession, which ruined my life. I started doing yoga, and I would listen to this Tibetan mantra chant cd all the time and chant along with it for long sessions. I learned how to change mantra frequency to vibrate different parts of my body to "heal it with positive frequencies" Well, I was meditating for about 3 hours straight doing the same mantra that I could feel vibrating my 3rd eye. I could feel that i was knocking more and more calcification off bc i could feel the vibrations deeper in my pineal gland and was starting to have visions. That session is when I received an intense surge of energy and electricity up my spine. I fell over on the floor, and my whole body started vibrating out of control while I vividly started hallucinating. It was an organic whole body vibration feeling but too much to handle. For a while after that, i could close my eyes and basically hallucinate whatever i thought up, and boy, were they so vivid and everything was symmetrical. I also started hearing thoughts in my head and thought i was having thoughts implanted in my brain by the government. I started losing it. Soon after, I started having sleep paralysis 4-6 nights out of the week and not your average sleep paralysis. I also started having attacks while I was wide awake in bed. My gf was so scared of what she witnessed me go through. I became so desperate after 8 years that I tried giving myself up to Christ. From that moment, I never had sleep paralysis ever again, nor an attack while awake. My depression was completely lifted. I also had no desire to sin anymore. I am 100% sure the spiritual realm is real, and I basically illegally accessed it without God's permission or protection. I opened myself up to be vulnerable to unclean spirits and became possessed by many. Kundilini was the first one. I was the last person who would believe in the whole "fairy tale Christian thing," but demonic forces literally pushed me to the edge. I had no other options, and how I was delivered from evil, I could never deny my faith.

I had a kundalini awakening when I first started meditating on my chakras. I would feel what felt like electricity or shooting down my spine and up to my head. It started happening almost everytime I meditated. Sometimes it felt like it was slithering down my back. I googled it, not expecting any results and that’s when I found out about kundalini. I noticed it usually happened during third eye meditations, so I just stopped meditating so much on my third eye, and it stopped.

THIS is me right now! My Kundalini has been out of control for over a year, and the movements are far more intrusive and occurring more often than usual. I can barely sleep, have unlimited energy, and the constant chatter in my mind is too much 😣 I activated my Kundalini 4 years ago and it wasn't as intense as it is right now.
I had the opposite happen; now, I am Kundalini tired, three years later. I freed myself from the matrix, several times, just to be sought after by entities in the flesh. They drained it from me. Now, I am left exhausted, all day, every day.

When I was going through my Kundalini rising I had no guru. RUclips as a collective mind became my guru. The process has very individual and various features and no one can explain it to you except yourself. Search for information, meditate and ask God (Higher Self) for help. I also sang mantra "Ardas Bhai" as I had been following Kundalini yoga tradition for many years. And after 30 days of singing this mantra Kundalini forced my heart chakra and I got an experience of unconditional love. It was hard but fabulous.

I kind of experienced something like this, after 30 mins of eyes closed meditation, I always seem like I start feeling an intense energy coming towards me, getting closer and closer, so my body and mind reactions to it are panic and the body sensations are my heart starts racing very fast, this scares my mind and I'm thinking I might die, but this time I let myself go with it a little, to see what this energy is, and I felt it like entering my body from the top of my head down towards my lower body, I was scared because I didn't know what was happening within me...now that I know I might let it completely take control of me and abandon myself to it.

@wearelove8025 yeah, I'm over that period now, from my experience the things I was doing we re not right for someone unexperienced, I recommend you to stop meditating by yourself, you either go to yoga classes and have someone help you with those, or you just stop doing it and just live life, everything will get better, time heals everything just focus on positive energy and good thoughts only remove any negativity from you
I did it. Took 7 days. The liberation of the soul. It was really hard, terrible and relieving week. But worth it. Tho, I consciously did it and were ready to face and experience anything that arises, no matter what I feel.
But it helps you to know that you are the consciousness, the separate being from the mind and body, the silent observer, untouchable I AM presence. Otherwise, it can be very dangerous, mentally, emotionally and physically.
It's better to know what you are doing. I did it alone without any outside help, because I feel this is my inner soul journey, my own ascension process and everything I need is within.

Happened with me, I have an awakened kundalini and I keep myself always calm and detached from the 3d but today I was too lost in a money idea that I had an intense emotional imbalance and severe headache but now again everything is alright

I can tell you going through it personally, what you say is not (completely) correct. I've had God in my heart for a long time and this experience is just the fruit so to speak. It's not evil unless you make it evil. It is a blessing. God made us all didn't He? Jesus walked a similar path.. God is love. When you have pure love within you, you are one with God. For some, ill intentions exist but it's a very unique and individual experience, so don't throw out the baby with the bathwater so to speak =)
It says to meditate in the Bible. Some people are thrown off with the word meditation, don't be. It simply means sitting quietly by yourself. There is no mysticism about it, unless people add mysticism into it. Your intentions are ALL that matter. I would approach everything with an attitude of "no fear, and only love" - life is a blessing, but remember: The closer you get to God, the more the possibility that attacks MAY become greater. It depends. It's different for us all I think.. No fear, only love.

But it is simply true that the kundalini is dangerous. It has driven people to suicide. The proof is in the pudding. I cannot in good conscience recommend attempting to awaken the kundalini to anyone. In fact, I strongly recommend against it.

That is incorrect, a Guru is Not required for preparation or guidance for Kundalini awakening. It is just “Recommended,” as Most people force themselves towards awakening too quickly, using shortcuts and when this Pranay Power of the chakras is activated too soon/quickly, THAT is when you do Need a Guru, because you went too fast and forced it. Now you will have chronic anxiety, delusion, insanity, immense fear, etc. But if you go slow, take your time, keep the psychedelic/intoxicants to a low stable microdose per week, and you avoid shortcuts, you Will have a beautiful, highly euphoric amazing Kundalini awakening that will be filled with complete ecstasy and bliss. This by no means requires a Guru to be present, as you’ve attained that Awakening properly and safely.
