Thank you brother, great video, information perfectly delivered.
Thanks so much for stopping by man, appreciate the kind words!
Wonder about royal jelly
Great video brother the raw honey definitely works
Thanks so much for the kind words and watching man!
So overall honey will increase my testosterone well
Yes but only raw honey not pasteurized one
Thanks for watching man
Heating honey causes it to become poisonous. Pasteurized honey is not honey, it’s a different thing entirely.
I have been eating raw honey lately and I notice quite a difference in how I feel. No lie. I never would have believed it until I have noticed it in myself.
Thanks for sharing man
@@the_fitness_doc I had Covid 3 times. Twice it was long Covid. I felt crappy for a long time. Since I have been eating raw honey I haven't gotten sick at all. I was sick all the time.
Really great channel you have here mate. So just any ol 🍯? Or is there something we should look for in the ingredients as im sure theres plently of processed brands out there so maybe just pure natural honey if you can get it?
Also I saw a video that several eggs per day will give the same result as taking a low PED dose. I've no interest in trying it out but it would be great to get your insight on it.
Any seems to be the goal, and thanks for the nice words mate!
On the eggs, I can see in theory how that may work but there are other considerations too about consuming high quantities of eggs.
@@the_fitness_doc awesome thanks mate
No worries!
why not try the eggs? i eat 5-10 per day and the days where i eat 10 eggs i wake up the next morning with the most stiff erections
@@EdvinG Cool I must try that. Any improvements with muscle and strength?
Why is he head glitching the cam?
We should be able to easily test this with blood test then daily honey three weeks and another blood test. I was told honey was just sugar. Soon we’ll find out….
Thanks for commenting
alex does injecting honey into my johnson tip show better results?
Um…
"Start off by drawing your Johnsson back and forth..."
In instructional voice for muscular Goofy.
but only raw honey
👍👍👍👍👍👏
Thanks for watching!!
How much should you eat per day?
From memory benefits were seen from 80mg per kg of body weight and above. Thanks for watching :)
@@the_fitness_docFor those in the States it's one teaspoon if you weigh 145 pounds
@educational4434 thank you :)
Appreciate it
@@the_fitness_doc Thank you for the work on the video!
I inject honey
Good to keep in mind to take raw honey
Thanks for watching :)
what type of honey tho?
Seems to be any
Gotta be raw honey.
Yes, but 95+% is still sugar, dextrose, and fructose. So that much per day every day for that little of a boost, I'll pass. And my insulin and diabetes will thank me.
Good point but thanks for watching anyway man
Raw honey is a superfood. I have it with raw milk daily.
20g per day is a lot of honey. Fortunately honey isn't too expensive but still, that's a lot of intake.
I know, it is. Totally get that some people won’t like this
20g ~ 1 tablespoon, that's not a lot honey.
@hugoq4335 thanks for stopping by :)
That's like 60 calories isn't it?
@@danielponce7477there’s a lot of research that goes into how your body is effected by raw honey and it’s not the same as say eating the same amount of sugar. Honey is actively good for you and especially good if you’re diabetic. It’s got such a broad nutrient spectrum and such a high nutrient density, that you can sustain yourself on nothing but if need be. The hadza tribe in Africa actually eats honeycomb as an alternative food when the hunting for meat is lacking. It will reverse your insulin resistance, look into it.
what increases test levels the most is injecting it
😂
Lol yeah that a good one
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 glad someone commented on it okay let’s get the needles
Bro damn my mind has been blown I’ve been trying to increased my test now I know how to do it
Terrible advise 🤦🏽♂️
1) not human study
2) did they check for the quality and authenticity of honey? Half of the honey in the supermarket is just sirup
3) this would equate to 80 grams a day in a human? 😂
Thanks for the comment! You’re right, few flaws in the study design. 80g a day seems ridiculous but the science was interesting to me
I doubt they'd spend a lot of cash on the quality of honey for a bunch of rats..
locally produced raw honey is the best way
