      Heating honey causes it to become poisonous. Pasteurized honey is not honey, it’s a different thing entirely.

    Really great channel you have here mate. So just any ol 🍯? Or is there something we should look for in the ingredients as im sure theres plently of processed brands out there so maybe just pure natural honey if you can get it?
    Also I saw a video that several eggs per day will give the same result as taking a low PED dose. I've no interest in trying it out but it would be great to get your insight on it.

      Any seems to be the goal, and thanks for the nice words mate!
      On the eggs, I can see in theory how that may work but there are other considerations too about consuming high quantities of eggs.

    Yes, but 95+% is still sugar, dextrose, and fructose. So that much per day every day for that little of a boost, I'll pass. And my insulin and diabetes will thank me.

    • @BigTrees4ever
      @BigTrees4ever 2 месяца назад

      @@danielponce7477there’s a lot of research that goes into how your body is effected by raw honey and it’s not the same as say eating the same amount of sugar. Honey is actively good for you and especially good if you’re diabetic. It’s got such a broad nutrient spectrum and such a high nutrient density, that you can sustain yourself on nothing but if need be. The hadza tribe in Africa actually eats honeycomb as an alternative food when the hunting for meat is lacking. It will reverse your insulin resistance, look into it.

    1) not human study
    2) did they check for the quality and authenticity of honey? Half of the honey in the supermarket is just sirup
    3) this would equate to 80 grams a day in a human? 😂
