    That inatrument is glorious so glad it is kept in playing condition not as a silent museum piece. There is nothing that depresses me more than that.

    I love the manual changes! I'm wondering why I don't recall ever seeing anyone else play this with manual changes. The contrasts really add to the beauty of the piece!

    Hallo Eduardo, ich hoffe es geht Dir den Umständen entsprechend gut. Deine Musik und der wunderbare Klang dieses Cembalos, sind immer wieder Balsam für die Seele. Gerade in diesen Zeiten sind solche Dinge wichtiger denn je für uns Menschen. Sie erlauben uns für einige Zeit in eine andere Welt einzutauchen. Deine Videos sind etwas ganz besonderes und ich kann nur immer wieder ,danke, sagen. Dein Instrument fasziniert mich immer wieder von Neuem. Ich beschäftige mich auch seit langem mit der Geschichte des Cembalos. Daher wäre es interessant zu wissen, wer der Erbauer dieses Instrumentes ist. Auf jeden Fall ist es ein aussergewöhnlich schönes und besonders wohlklingendes Instrument der französischen Schule. Ich wüsche Dir alles erdenklich Gute und weiterhin viel schöpferische Kraft.

    I've never loved this piece (it's facile and doesn't go anywhere), but you do a great job of using it to show the range of this superb instrument.

Absolutely Marvelous, Extraterrestrial, Splendour Itself Highest Spirit perform! The mysterious crypted Instrument for sure is doubled manual and sounds Enchanting near Vaudry 1681 inspired a lot in manner Legendary clavecin français Vincent Tibaut, 1681 Toulouse. Grateful by All My 💓 heart!

    Nicely restored instrument. It looks like the strings, pins, jacks/plectra are modern. It has a wonderful, robust, and warm tone. Where is this instrument housed?

      Hello! The instrument it´s original french from end of XVII century/begining of XVIII maker unknown bur probably Garnier. The mics were 2 Akg 420 Perception

      The description says the harpsichord is 17th Century.

      Probably Vaudry or Vincent Tibaut 1681

      @@tumanmisty1767 Neither - both the Vaudry and Tibaut instruments look distinctly different. I'm not sure who made it though, I haven't been able to find it anywhere. My guess is no-one really knows who the builder is. It would be quite interesting to find out though!
