Hey mate love your work I am a chef and have been following your channel for a long time always love watching your recipes. Some advice after watching this I think you could have added some of the ingredients in a a different order.
I would recommend adding the sauce to the pan first with the pasta water, heating that up then adding your pasta to ensure the sauce mixes with the pasta really nicely.
I would also recommend adding the squeeze of lemon the same time you add the herbs at the very end.
When you heat lemon too much adding it early in a sauce it loses a lot of its acidity and flavour and can become quite bitter. Adding it at the end with the herbs would ensure you get maximum flavour and freshness from both your herbs and lemon.
Thanks again for your videos I really enjoy and keep up the great content

Hey Mate, thanks so much for the comment and feedback 😄 really appreciated. All really good points, cheers, I usually go with the pasta first myself just so I can control the amount of sauce haha, on occasions I've ended up with slightly too saucy and sloppy Tag Lol. The point about the Lemon is interesting, I have never had an issue with bitter Lemon before but I'll be experimenting now you have mentioned it, adding it later makes allot of sense 👍

Looks great, but never chop up basil leaves with a knife. rip them by hand. Youll lose flavour otherwise

Thank you very much 😊 it is tasty! I disagree about the Basil though, with your hands you end up squeezing and bruising the leaves, there's so much less contact with a knife... hands are all good though, you would never notice the difference 👍
