My guy! The sticker is there to let you not have to worry about grease, finger prints, dirt and smudges on your brand new 4k lens. Remove the sticker last for less work 👍 not the end of the world, I used to install security cameras though so call it OCD.
Yes it does, you just won’t be able to see the live stream on your phone. This is something I purposefully tested because I use apple car play. I don’t need to see the livestream of the dash cam as long as it’s on and recording. The dash cam even recorded my music after I cut on the audio recording feature in the settings.

I’m not aware of those capabilities with this product…at least not that the consumer would know of. Our only access is the SD card or the App.
