This looks like a lot of fun. Too bad I'm afraid of permanently getting my Nintendo Account locked by using a modded Switch. There's so many fun things I would love to play, and would use my Switch more than once a year this way. one of the reasons I stopped playing Pokemon Violet, was slowdown issues (Shiny Hunting at 15 FPS is *NOT* fun), which a modded Switch would have easily fixed. They really need to amp up the GPU of their consoles.

@@ghostly66799 I didn't even know BOTW came out on Wii U. I don't own that console anyway, so the same problem still exists: Nintendo would ban your account.
@David Neal use a different account, so when that one gets banned, your real one is fine
@@Augoeides32 Just mod while playing on an emulator, way easier to mod as well! Yuzu is a good emulator especially the early access variant
@@sammy709 I wasn't sure that was even a thing. Never heard of PC Switch emulation, usually people just stream themselves with modded consoles. Then again, not too many people talk as openly about emulation as they used to, so I'm behind on it all. Might have to look into Yuzu, assuming my PC can handle it. I know my old PC couldn't run Gamecube emulators.

(About TotK being a prequel to Skyward Sword) Isn't the premise of Skyward Sword that there was no evil before it though? It was like the birth of Demise or something, but if TotK leads into SS then isn't that not possible? Am I remember wrong or is it still possible?
no ss was the demon lord or demon god demise rising up from nowhere and waging war for the triforce upon or slightly after its creation lose and was sealed by the goddess and hero that rose up
the world was destroyed so they escaped to the skys by the goddess power with the triforce
centuries later
his sword broke free as a being and broke demise seal eventually the demon god demise died and cursed the world
thus spawning ganon all the way to botw in various states
which prior to the game start a ganon was sealed be it twilight or an outside of a game ganon trying to break the cycle of reincarnation curse
but his malice escaped the seal semi continuing the cycle but vastly messed up from the lore of it being pushed back after peace and advancement then everything sealed way to be unearthed leading to 100 years ago before the game starts and the calamity because malice never stopped working in the shadows corrupting everything even the sealed weapon used agaist it prior
til it was destroyed like demise was
with seeming totk is ganon breaking his seal and continuation of the curse right
so idk if it make sense it starting a timeloop
because the triforce already exists this isnt demon god demise but demon king ganon
i could be wrong who knows

Isn't Skyward Sword the first game in the universe's timeline? Isn't BotW the last? How can Tears of the Kingdom be a prequel to SS if it'll be chronologically the last game in the timeline?
Because it’s the looping point between BOTW and SS, it’s the point that connects them…

Probably emulating it. AFAIK it’s easier to set up mods that way
The Wii U emulator CEMU enables you to run at a higher framerate. I can run BotW with a larger draw distance and 1440p graphics with some higher graphical settings at an average of about 80fps on my PC, which isn't dramatically far off what native non-emulated PC games released in 2017 would run like.
@@faceurhell very cool. That makes sense - I'm emulating PS1 games right now with Duckstation and they look better than they did on the PS1
@@StewNWT Yeah CEMU is a great emulator. Sadly, Switch emulator is nowhere near as good despite in all aspects due to the Switch's more complex hardware with its' Nvidia Tegra chipset. But Switch emulation has a lot more people working on it, and does continually make leaps forward.

I find this entertaining, wish I knew how to mod so I can try this, but technology doesn't see eye to eye with me and will break if I attempt to mod anything, it needs to be pre-modded for me to play anything
I don’t think Totk will link to skyward if anything it will go into the god saga rather than the reincarnation saga

I wish you were able to make edited / consolidated videos of this type of content. The gods VODS are long I try to skip constantly to the content but it’s hard to find between the chat. I like your content jjst wanted to suggest if you had more like this but consolidated I would sub like and comment the shiz out of those shorter videos lol. Thanks and hope this is just constructive criticism.
He does make shorter videos on his main channel. This is just the VOD channel which is the full streams unedited. If there isn't a video for this on his main channel yet then he might be waiting til he finishes his playthrough so he can make a little video of everything.

I don't think so, in the last live (or vod, as i saw it on youtube) he said it won't be on his discord because it isn't a mod he made nor was it created specifically for his videos or wathever. There's still a link somewhere i think, but i don't remember exactly, watch the last vod of this mod he talked about it
