@@hayhead92 thanks! That helps. How was it at generating momentum from pumping? I’ve seen other channels slam Landyachtz surfskates pretty hard saying you could only get momentum from pushing and that they aren’t true surfskates. I wish there was a way to find this stuff out for myself, but there aren’t any stores remotely close to me that even carry these boards. Thanks again. Much appreciated.
@@BBQvibesLONGBOARDrides Landyachtz surfskates are a cross between a Cruiser and a true Surfskate. It does take a couple of kicks to get rolling before you can pump to accelerate. The trade off is you get a bit of stability which is helpful for beginners or people who want to have the option of feeling more stable while kicking. I also like the Landyachtz thick comfort grip tape for rough surfaces and the low price. I own the three different models of Carver Surfskates as well. They are easier to pump, and carve much tighter than the Landyachtz. For a more pure Surfskate experience go Carver. If you just want to cruise around and enjoy a casual bit of surfy turning and pumping for less dollars go Landyachtz.
I like this video. Nice music, sounds of wheels behind it, sunset. Looks like official commercial shots. :-)
How did you find the performance and feel of this board compared to the Tugboat Ultra Carve? Thanks in advance!
Surf Life feels smoother, Ultra Carve feels a bit more wild and aggressive.
