Sir, I have purchased my ola scooter in April- 2023. After charging shows 100% in OLA electric app it takes approximately 20 minutes to show green light inside the charger and also the charger fan goes off. So can we say cell balancing is complete. Please guide

Bhai 2 din mera ola s1x plus workshop me h abhi tak workshop walo ko ye hi nhi pta h ki kya fault h. Agar petrol scooter hota to problem 1st day hi pata chal jata or scooter 1st day evening Tak hi mil jata. Abhi mai kya karu 2 din se scooter nhi h public transport se sab kaam nhi kiye ja sakte.
