The golden sparkle also happen with contrail in the locker.
Anna Chiu also it happens when you spawn in(if you die in creative it happens)
It happens with everything in the locker that includes him. When i was leveling him up and got to max last month i noticed it happens when you look at contrail and emotes. It sparkles bc its resetting the character and resetting its gold-ness resets it to whatever you had it, making it glow bc the game thinks you leveled up

Midas is probably my favorite tier 100 of all time. I like how every skin gets a gold edit style so there is a purpose playing past tier 100. I think Midas is reactive when you level up more of the skin turns gold in game at that second.

When Midas is more gold, whenever you emote it gets less gold and back to the original gold you had at the start of the emote
(Btw I only saw that in the locker / lobby)
Guys wish me luck im grinding to tier 100 its gonna be my first time getting a tier 100 skin,only 20 days (from the current time of this comment) until season 2 ends! Right now im on tier 61 and im sweating on my controller lol
I'm at tier 126 right now and I've got tier 100 since season 6 so I've got Dire,Ice king,Luxe,Vendetta,Fusion, and midas and I got to tier 7 in season 7 cause I only played twice then!

It glows because of respawn immunity
It's called spawn protection
im a person it’s not that, I turned off spawn protection and he starts to sparkle
This is my favorite tier 100 by far, love his ability.

My favourite tier 70 skin is black Knight (it's the same as tier 100 (there was only 70 tiers) and it's osp rare)
I think I know how he is reactive, I was in a death run in creative, I died and respawned, as I respawned the tattoos on Midas glowed a bright gold Like so Tabor can see

8:34 i don't think it's a bug. When you are wearing a disgaise weapens don't turn Gold, beacose players could see that you have a Gold gun and they whould know that you are not a henchman
But the wraps show and for some reason no one notices here’s a tip look at the gun wraps then get easy kills

Guys. I dont think the gold progression on the skin each time u level up is his reactivity. If it was, then all the skins in the battlepass that have golden agent styles would be reactive. But They arent.
Actually the progression on the skin is a new thing called enlightened in the fortnite loker

I'm guessing it's gonna be like the cat and he will get something depending on what style you get.
Enlightenment means progress on a skin with each level up also it doesn't only apply to the golden skins because scratch is also labelled as enlightened.

The skin is reactive when you make a weapon gold
That's just its bonus ability. Being reactive means it has a certain outcome for a specific action. Turning things gold isnt reactive

@@phil_waseaten5476 Picking up a weapon is concider an action lol. Look at Bunnywolf and Llion, switching from guns to picaxe is a very small action yet it can be reactive. A Bonus can mean anything, It can be a built-in emote like Tntina or new animation types for other cosmetics like the the Bomb glider or Brutuse's Backbling.
Edit Styles and Wrap Animations can also be concider a bonus. The battle pass just doesnt conciders it. If turning weapons into gold is not reactive then whats it called then.

When you wear the golden agent version and get a kill it sparkles for a bit and every kill more sparkles and it is brighter
Currently, when you have the Midas skin and you grab a weapon or an object that can be turned into gold, it doesn't convert it, it only converts it when you drop it. Am I the only one that happens to it?

When you level up you can see more gold gets added to him. That’s how it’s reactive but you have to use the golden agent

YOUNG L 707 Midas gets more gold when you level up from teir 100
Thats enlightened. Brutus has that ability where some gold is added to him as you level up just like Midas but it doesn't say Brutus is reactive. Also, on the 8 ball skin it says enlightened, probably because of the golden 8 ball style.
AGreatChannel Guys actually buddy I think enlightened is the feature where as you level past 100 it changes the design so your example of 8 ball being enlightened probably refers to the glitched style that he got (I think mine was completely glitched last season at about level 350)

The reacitve part is when you level up and you have the golden agent equipped it makes him more golden (mid match)
When you turn on Midas gold Selectable style When you level up your Midas glows for a few seconds and then it turns the skin gold

For me it isnt showing gold when i pick the weapon but when I drop it then its gold when i pick it up idk
See if the sparklers works when he uses the springy emote, because it can maybe work for you, if for you didn't work maybe it's not the one

I figured out another time when the sparklers show. They always show when you level up while using Midas.

When you unlock a golden agent style you need to level 40 levels to Get full gold:)
From the thumbnail I thought that when you go in the phone box you still become Midas
you know what they say big hands big...
So I equipped shadow midas I think it also works for ghost Midas and he sparked a lot even without the phone booth and think this because his skin is mostly golden and I think it also works for golden Midas I’m not sure though.
It's reactive when you pick up items and enter vehicles it turns gold
That is the bonus ability, not the reactive one.

For his glider you could use the winning umbrella of the season but oros glider cool so also ok

the reactive is when your in the lobby and have on the golden agent style equipped then emote then his arm should slowly get a bit of gold
When you use the golden version when you level up a golden light shows and the gold goes up your body
that's how all golden agents work

Now it's literally impossible to unlock golden version for the battle pass skins, level 300+ in this season didn't have anyone...
It doesn't have to be in just this season the progression of turning them gold will carry over to the next season just like if you didn't finish am walking styles for certain skins and previous seasons you could still unlock them in the next

The Midas is reactive when you level up he becomes more gold starting from his right arm
The reactive is when u level up the hands glow (also the weapon ur holding) and when u have the golden style and level up u see the gold get melted by😄

You get the gold sparkles whenever midas enters your screen. This means after disguise, respawning in creative or team rumble and selecting it in your locker.

You could test this out by watching Ghost Midas at The Agency, by time, his head shines. Now we can see the same thing with Shadow or Ghost version of Midas.
