If those 700 people inoculated with giardiasis then spread their "progeny" to restaurants like McDonald's, local Vancouver eateries and newly established refugee led restaurants - does that constitute a parasitic outbreak? Those 700 people aren't homeless - not all of them - in fact the ones to be worried about are the staff, because they have a very high amount of those "corn kernel"- lookalikes and they don't wash their hands. Would you hypothesize that Vancouver has an extremely high likelihood of having an epidemic?
