My main take away from this video is not about the kitchen but about Phillip's parenting style. It is so organic, calm, and allows her to make her own decision about where she should be to stay safe. I am totally impressed! And also about the kitchen, by the way. It looks light and airy, while both modern and antique at the same time. I bet you can't wait to cook!

Just had wonderful memory. Watching Anna in her socks, my mother - who is long passed - used to pull out her hair at our insistence at kicking shoes off and within minutes out socks would be filthy. Those little white ankle socks. Didn't help our house was a building site because my father renovated our house for about 5 or 6 years! Anna is just gorgeous!

We are also renovating our kitchen. Watching you, I suddenly realized that i have to paint practically EVERY surface of the kitchen: the ceiling, the walls, the woodwork, and the cabinets, inside and out. The only thing I don't have to paint is the floor... and the appliances. I suppose I should be grateful for that.
Phillip, I mean greek god🤣, love the way you got your daughter down from the ladder. Anna, I cannot wait till that kitchen is finally finish (gosh you worked so hard on the painting. I remember when I was painting my kitchen and bathroom, I actually got art brushes to get certain places. Glad I did as it looks perfect. The ceiling was a nightmare but glad I kept at it and did it properly. It is very difficult now to get anyone to come in and paint my house. Even things like laying wooden floor I did it myself, the person would have to be a perfectionist at their craft for me to get them to do anything in my place.

Just had wonderful memory. Watching Anna in her socks, my mother - who is long passed - used to pull out her hair at our insistence at kicking shoes off and within minutes out socks would be filthy. Those little white ankle socks. Didn't help our house was a building site because my father renovated our house for about 5 or 6 years! Anna is just gorgeous!

I didn't like the "putty color" at first, but now the light is on it it is a very gentle orange. The tiles are beautiful, not just the objects themselves, but because you made them . Now your art has become a part of the history at the very heart of the chateau, it's hearth. 🧡

We are also renovating our kitchen. Watching you, I suddenly realized that i have to paint practically EVERY surface of the kitchen: the ceiling, the walls, the woodwork, and the cabinets, inside and out. The only thing I don't have to paint is the floor... and the appliances. I suppose I should be grateful for that.
Phillip, I mean greek god🤣, love the way you got your daughter down from the ladder. Anna, I cannot wait till that kitchen is finally finish (gosh you worked so hard on the painting. I remember when I was painting my kitchen and bathroom, I actually got art brushes to get certain places. Glad I did as it looks perfect. The ceiling was a nightmare but glad I kept at it and did it properly. It is very difficult now to get anyone to come in and paint my house. Even things like laying wooden floor I did it myself, the person would have to be a perfectionist at their craft for me to get them to do anything in my place.
