Michael Fraser Yup. Whether he was in HOU, WSH, CLE, ATL, SF...he always got the most out of the players. I love his style offense. Should be a great matchup with the Browns this Monday!

I think one of the biggest advantages of a scheme like this is that it does not require a QB to consistently execute the deep and intermediate drop back game, which is the toughest thing to do in the sport imo. When you don't ask a QB to read the D, make the right choice, then execute the throw, you will get greater production out of guys who can't process a bajillion pieces of info while the rush is coming. Frankly, there are very few guys that can do that. Sean McVay is admirable because he asks his QB to execute the fundamentals of throwing the ball rather and does as much of the info processing for the QB as a coach can.

Killer breakdown. Shanahan is a chess master, moves ahead most of the time. His plays aren't always executed flawlessly, and periodically the defense calls his number, but for the most part he is ahead of his foes. With his team only getting better in the system, and more weapons returning after the bye which have no film on them yet (Hurd and Coleman) it is only going to continue. Jimmy G is growing every week and his pocket presence vs PIT was amazing. Fearless with an ability to feel the pressure around him, he has an elusive quality coupled with his laser quick release that give him a huge advantage in this offense.

I've seen it all before; and even that doesn't mean a whole lot, until the team has clinched a playoff spot, which usually takes 9 or 10 wins. Then we can start talking about wins piling up, if they can then go on to win or 12 to 14 games - and secure home field advantage.
