Hi Shelina, where can I get mauritian curry powder in London ?
I belive there is a mauritian store in croydon. West croydon to be specific. Hope it is still open. I saw the store a few years back when i was on vacation in England.
1hr cooking water is same
Yummy, I was not aware that we used Fenugreek in aou curry in Mauritius....
Delish 😋x
Beautiful, what do you serve it with?
it goes well with white rice/
roti/
naan bread😁
Yes rice roti is perfect! Or even crusty bread !
Tried it and it's like walking down memory lane. Thank so much for sharing. Have you done a video for "le foie poule"? Will save me trip to Nandos 😅
Ha ha I'll post soon!
Yes please 🙏
Hi shelina..please advise how many minutes to let cook once we add the potatoes on what heat mode....thanks in advance
Another 20mins medium/low flame
Dearest Selina, your recipes are not only delicious but first and foremost full of love as much as you are full of love. May Almighty God reward you for spreading love with your cooking recipe.
Thank you that very sweet!
Loved the recipe, but please for the love of god, use a chopping board when you pierce the chillies!
I'm experienced so never cut myself using my own knives!
Use stone ground home made masala,.you can't beat a that taste, curry powder you buy from shop doesn't cut the mustard
Hiya, what brand curry powder do you use?
I make my own curry powder will post a video soon
@@shelinacooks Great! Thanks for the reply Shelina!
Je part ailleurs
I always boiled it first to remove the rare taste...
I'm sure your original recipe was for mutton, and no thyme
U should hve added the tomatoes at last...it would hve thicken the consistency of the gravy.
And no potatoes
Tu parle beaucoup mais on veut voir la recette aller démarre 😅😅😅au lieu de parler on connais les ingrédients au lieu de parler
Your onions still look raw ,I'm not impressed with your cooking.

^there is always one baiserrr
