Thanks! I agree, I think because the learning is so light weight the bias shows more. The linen is already getting a lot of wear, as it’s so comfortable with this heat.
Oh those will be beautiful! You may or may not know this tip, but if you have challenges with the drapey fabric and the bias bands, use a little spray starch on them. It makes it easier to keep the pieces from stretching out of shape . Can’t wait to see yours!
I love this top such a different top, I think your bed sheet and linen are my favourite, but all your makes are lovely. Thank you for taking the time to share.
I love this new pattern. I just bought a very lightweight lime green gingham that would be perfect for it. I'm sure there are more fabrics in the stash that will also be suitable. Summer here in Southern Ontario Canada it also gets hot and humid, so good to know a linen version would work also. Thanks for the great review.
Thanks Marty! I’m wearing a RTW in this video that I purchased at Marshalls or TJ Maxx last summer. It’d be easy to hack a peasant style blouse pattern - mine has a tiny ruffle at the neckline and the waist is shirred elastic.
Love the double floral but all are beautiful.
They all look very nice on you!
Oh thank you Maureen!
All three are lovely.
Thank you Diane!
Love your versions. The black one is my favorite.
Thanks Dotschi! I really like how the black one drapes
All the of your tips are beautiful, but I like the double sided floral the best!
Thanks! I like the double sided floral as it’s so unique!
I really like this pattern
Thanks! Kennis has a great design with this one
I like the gingham one best and then the linen. Your favourite is my least favourite! Diana
I like the thrifted sheet best.
I did not think I liked that pattern until I saw you and your makes. I want it now!!!!
Hi Jas! Oooo, I’m happy I helped you see this pattern in a new light!
Your linen one is my favorite. It acts more like a bias top in how it hugs you in all the right places.

Love your tops this week. I love the linen one!!!
Thank you! That linen one is going to be worn often this summer 🔥
Lovely! I love the floral!
Thank you Michelle!
Cute!!!!!!
Thanks!
I’m definitely sewing it. I bought it and see a viscose as well as a linen version in my future.

Hi Cathy! So I should expect to see a chartreuse version on IG soon ?!? 😂
@@SharonSews you know it! And probably some more flowers too ☺️
I love this top such a different top, I think your bed sheet and linen are my favourite, but all your makes are lovely. Thank you for taking the time to share.
Thank you Debra! As you can tell I’m quite pleased with this pattern!
I love it double sided floral . I plan on getting the pattern and making it this summer.
I can’t wait to see yours! Hope you love it as much as I love mine!

I absolutely love it! I also love the top you are wearing? Is it sewn by you? If so, pattern? Thank you!

Linen!
Hi Sally! I am loving how comfortable the linen one is in this heat!
I like the flowered one best. Please, next time your little fur baby is in the room with you, let us see her.
Thanks Julie! I will do that next time - sometimes she scampers off when I try and show her off on camera 😀
