I know people complain about Indy and Pocono but I love these tracks. They're just so unique. The cars are the problem honestly. The right car could be great almost anywhere. Its kind of sad to me that cup won't be running the oval here next year.
Why did they stop running Indianapolis?
To me it’s the most important race for every American series!
How can they get rid of that?
As a Kenseth fan, seeing him finish this high is both great but also heartbreaking, knowing he may never get to come back to win this race. He's finished second so many times, it's like Mark Martin's chase for a championship, Matt will go down as one of the greatest drivers on this course to never have won.

It was a tough day for Hendrick Motorsports 3 of the 4 having accidents
At 47:40-48:17 it was known to be a heartbreaking race for the 48 especially Justin Allgaier subbing for Jimmie Johnson after Johnson's positive test of covid in what would've been Jimmie's last Brickyard 400.
William Byron after winning the first stage he cut a left front tire with 18 laps left in stage 2 at 2:02:00-2:02:08 and hit the wall in turn 3 as that caused him to finish 5 laps off the pace in 27th
Alex Bowman at 2:58:42-2:59:21 hits the wall in turn 2 really hard late in the event after a right front tire blows out.
Chase Elliott finished in 13th as the higher of HMS
Hamlin hit the wall SOOOO hard. When Indy doesn’t want you to win, she bites back. The only other track with personality like IMS is The Lady in Black, Darlington
Little did we know this would be the last time on the oval 😔

@@jordanhall1410 definitely. in the 80s even when guys walked away from those, they were dazed and it took them a while to get out of the car. it was scary to see three of those but I'm glad nobody was hurt.

This track looks a lot faster than most though it's probably just an illusion.
It's a full 2.5 miles, and it's not as wide as the other 2 mile tracks. Being flat makes the cars slide around a lot more than Daytona.
Well theres not so many turns so ofc its fast lol
The only tracks faster are ‘Dega and ‘Tona
Unfortunately you gotta get on the brakes a bit. Like that one dude said tally and daytona are faster but mostly because of the back straights and good drafting zones.
Indianapolis 500 and Daytona 500 are my favorite races

@@diethersantos6404 indyCar never raced that Daytona because the road course is safe but the oval is the lot deadly for the drivers similar like a huge pile up at Las Vegas motor Speedway of the Izod IndyCar series world championship
@@mariagloriadelcarmen well, both tracks are made for their respective category, Daytona and IndyCar is a dangerous combination, Indianapolis and NASCAR just doesn't fit, and the races aren't as exciting than the IndyCar.

I fell in love with nascar recently and I like everything about it even bought the game. The only thing I find distasteful is the amount of ads/sponsorships. Makes me feel like I’m watching transformers 3. Just with less robots... and action.

Why the seats are empty?
Because they couldn't have fans in the seat. I think the change which allowed them to have fans in the seats came too late for Nascar to suddenly make the switch.

Also, it should be noted that the rope had been there (by some reports since 2016) since last year but it wasn't a problem until now.

I pretty much just didn't like brickyard this year too. Partly same guy winning or too much bubba! I say nitpicking so much hurts nascar and will I admit I enjoy indycar and no I am not a mike trico fan first race he did okay this time no! And i hated that feature day before I almost wanted to hit the tv over that. Plus I thought will Costas is worse you know you hate bob Costas I do and I am not hooked on him I used to say bad luck Mike he was for a time with rockets too seemed like when called game he was bad luck.
