Oh I miss St.Criox I lived there for 18 years my Dad was the first man to bring Air conditing to the lsland and the Carib Islands. Howard Johnson they called him Red.
Awesome trip. Walked from grapetree to udall today. Beaches are fantastic, and unbelievably quietcompared to my east coast city. I marked a few spots. If you built the kings den in isaacs..... beautiful. Thank you, wnjoyed there today as well as horseshoe bay where many a stingray were seen and so much more. Ill be back.
@@cruzanmongoose yes. Isaacs bay was clearer and less seaweed than horseshoe or jacks.....but jacks was more isolated. I love it there. Went to horseshoe bay and saw a few huge stingrays there yesterday. Leaving today. On to new adventures...but I will be following you and your adventures. Keep it up brah! Again. Just started engaging more on my channel, and getting a go pro when I get back to the states.....your videos made me think about how pure nature is.
@@MrAdrock0611 Jacks usually gets a lot of Sargasso this time of year, but ST Croix has been lucking out very little Sargasso this year compared to the past 3 years. It's always nice out there when their is no seaweed. take care glad you enjoyed it..
@@cruzanmongoose Good stuff man. I enjoy your videos. I wish I made videos and stuff while I was there last year but I'm not good with all that technology. It scares me.
I remember driving thru Judith's fancy as a child. There was a church or a building that had a German cross or some type of cross on the bldg. That building was scary to me.
That was the old hotel marina project at salt river that went belly up, they demolished that building about 7 years ago, all that land is National park land now..
Loved the scenery, from beginning to end. I was able to notice many things that I’ve not yet noticed, because I was too busy looking out for potholes while I was driving. Looked like a party going on at Ziggy’s! Passed by so many favorite places, and where my son has worked. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, and son & friends will be have a wonderful feast on the beach. Keeping the stress down, at home, with my vegan feast, while binge watching your hikes along the south shore. OBTW, that profile picture was at Rust Op Twist, 7.7.11, when I was the mother of the groom. Lunch on Shoys beach. Wedding dinner at Blue Water Terrace. This video covered nearly all the spots that day. Thank you so very much! The roads look much better than what I recall on that 2011 trip. April 2021 trip I had noticed much improvement. August was even better. The bypass is stunning! Cannot wait for next trip.
I'm surprised you got to drive thru at Judith's Fancy. I was there 4 years ago, and the guard said no. I told him I used to live here and did a little name dropping, and he still said no. 😂
Thanks for the trip through yesteryear. I remember as a kid going on rides like this for visitors. Others would include the rainforest/Fletchers for that must-have Mahogany table and around the west-end.
Tomorrow i'm going to film from hams bluff to the recreation park area near Sandy point, on to the highway or center line, all the way to south shore by the entrance of Cramers park in one go..
I'm doing a series hiking around the entire Island filming the entire way. this is the first vid in the series.. all the links to the other 10 videos are in the description under the video.. Since you lived here long time ago you might be interested.. ruclips.net/video/BVJLH7IM5Nk/видео.html

Might head out that way tomorrow and go chill at the mongoose shack and do some snorkeling, waters are cooler out by Isaac's bay. Take care

at 24:38 -ish mark is that the theater that played xrated movies down the street/hill from police station?
This video's great
Haha that is correct.
These type of videos keep me going! Haven't been back since 2007. Ouch! It's okay, I'll retire there and that'll make up for lost time. 🌴
Yes I
Spent 13 weeks on St. Croix following Hurricanes Irma and Maria. Interesting to see what has been fixed up and what hasn't.
Still a lot of houses without roofs.
I moved to Saint Croix in 1960, I have not a clue where this car is or where it is going I think you should talk a little more
Had the camera on the mirror to much wind noise to narrate..
