Done well mate! not many will understand the money, commitment and love required to complete the journey. and on that, its hard to ever say when the journey will end lol. always more to do to these cars. as finished as mine looks, still got sooo much to do lol.
Awesome video of the breakdown mate and I'm complaining about investing 30k 😂😂 so basically including the VF shell, HAMR coating paint kits is cheap but panel shop paint isn't. aesthetics like rims and tyres etc, the ECU, interior all that stuff basically be looking at 100k in change to build one.... but well done to you mate for any haters out there stop being jealous
Alright Alright I'll buy Aeroflow.. Almost feel like i'll disappoint you if i don't LOL.. Na Awesome build mate have not got to see this beast live yet but hopefully once the Bend gets there Burnout pad and strip done you will bring it down here and set fire to the track as you do... And Thanks Indie for supporting this mans dreams absolute legend..
How many of the boys are hoping the missus doesn't see this and start adding up cost on there cars😂😂😂 I swear babe it was only like $500 for this and a $1000 for that🤣🤣🤣
my dad and i were gonna buy the gtsr replica NotEzy glad we didn’t the car was a wreck had loads of damage and the dude undersold us it showed us how much methanol cars really cost to maintain props to you!
Also even if some are sponsored, you gotta buy tyres, methanol, event entry and freight to get the car to and from events, even if you tow it yourself that gets expensive fast.
I guess once you add full custom interior, dry sump and billet stuff the cost would easy exceed 150k, your car is a good balance of function and looking decent without going crazy
@@bradcollins7452 and that’s exactly what I’m aiming for man! It can be completely devastating to hurt or bend a $150k car, I love where the wagon is at now as it looks great, is functional, but isn’t a million dollar build by any means!
@@Mick_Hinchy absolutley mate ive seen it perform in person many times and its a crowd favourite for sure, do u plan on running blast pipes out the back like the other guys to stop the fires or just gonna send it and hope?
And this is just for an LS too. Imagine how much money has been put into the top competitors cars with their big blocks and 14/71 blowers etc. Much more expensive to get parts and work done for that stuff compared to an LS
Skid cars race cars and even custom street cars when people find out how much we spend and what it cost to build. Some people say money pit , we say passion 😊
Just curious, what was the brand and name of the old 20" fat rims you had before the billet ones you have now and were did you get them from? Please let me know. Car is looking good bro!
Id wanna build a budget one out of a 6.0 ls in a chevette, that rear end is gonna be the hard part personally. I'm not looking for crazy horsepower but just to send it... yes I'm american lol.
Definitely does! Depends how hard you’re going to work for it and how you’re going to make yourself worthy of said sponsor dollars/parts Nothing in this world is free, you have to work for it
Here here cast so much money im doing a street dray car on the cheap and I'm $60.000 in the hole for it and yes the biggest part is a supportive partner wouldn't be were I am with out its just $$"$$$$$$$$$$ and fun love .
Nice but to me it’s a money pit. 77k not including the car it self. But tuff looking rig I’ve got the cash but wouldn’t do it. So ya got more balls thank me lol😂
@@Mick_Hinchy I wish I could legally drive but due to medical reasons I'm no longer allowed behind the wheel, but I do have a simulator so I get some sort of enjoyment, maybe one year you guys will make the trip out to west for either motorvation or burnout masters at Easter, but would love to see clikb8 and crew
You’ve done well Hinchy, loved following your journey 🤙🏻
Appreciate your support legend 🙌🏼
mint vid guys - interesting to see all the work that goes into it that from an outsiders perspective you don't normally see
Fascinating insight cheers

Hmm so nice & cheap hobby 🤔 wondering why everyone wasn’t doing it.. haha great content agin mate 👌
Hahaha if it was cheap everyone would be having a go!

If she has a problem... divorce
Great video as per usual. Real numbers from someone that has done it 👍

Couldn’t have said it better myself man! 🙌🏼
Good break down
If you could do it again, what would you change or do different?
Been here since the start love your work your litterly my idol man
Hahaha i appreciate the support legend
thank you for the detailed breakdown and kinda surprised it was under 100k
To be honest so was i!

Took me four years to build my blown big block and get it driving. Now I have it apart completely doing the body.
Haha aren’t cars fun! Never ending!
@@Mick_Hinchy yes sir they are and wouldn’t give it up for nothing just like you.

Biggest street burnout I ever saw was a 6 potter cortina. as long as your brakes don't fade, plenty of smoke
Would love to see you in action at perth motorplex
That was a good video thank you very much mate good honest information thank you very much
Happy to help! :)
Awesome as mate.
Cheers mate!

Do you send merch to Europe?
That added up quickly 😳. Better start working hard whilst I'm young
Yeah it’s the first time I’ve added it up and it’s crazy to look at
@@Mick_Hinchy your probably better off not adding it up 😂
Depends on if you've got media presence to get them sponsored dollars/parts
Definitely does! Depends how hard you’re going to work for it and how you’re going to make yourself worthy of said sponsor dollars/parts
Nothing in this world is free, you have to work for it
I can probably afford 1 blade out of the injector hat.
Not long now until I'm smashing tyres 🤔🥴
@PicnikMedia I'm about to start a vh build 6.2lt turbo I have a castlemaine independent front end sitting in my garage.....I'm in dunlop lol
Hope aeroflow comes to the party!!!
Keen to see you at the nats brother , are you also dropping stickers again soon
awsome vid man nice one
Cheers legend
Fully Sick Bruz 👌
Im with timmy m&m shifter #racecar
The M&M ones are sick, definitely reserved for the big boy builds though 🤣
If you dont mind me asking , what's the cam specs?
Wow nice bro 👏 it does cost lot of money definitely and nothing cost for free we all have to work hard 💪
Hopefully ill see your beast at summernats
Put in the hard work and reap the benefits man! Love your work 🙌🏼
fuck thats a sick looking hoodie, nice work man
Go Fund Me always helps. Hey bud!
How much of the $2.5k it raised do you think contributed? Lol
It barely covered the car trailer cost that I hired 🤡
@@Mick_Hinchy I guess I stand corrected! I underestimated GFM.
Keen to buy a new jumper when are they out ?
How much dose it take mentally life/hobby/work/relationships balance
Bring back the work wheels... Nice build by the way
We got something spicy on the way! 🌶️
this video has helped me decide that my misses will not let me build a skid car🤣
Love it...
You mentioned your ly6 block was from luke at soham? i cant find him interested in what hes importing if you got a link
So-Hem Kustom Supply on Facebook and insta! 🙌🏼
so was the engine before the make over just a LS1
Where do most of the cars come from? Does it make more sense to start with a stat write off?
Most are write offs yes! Our wagon is a stat write off as it has a small chlorine spill in the rear seat
The tubs seem to be the most pricey thing.
Not a bad cost, I’m in way deeper and still only a rolling shell. 😂
Hahaha love it!
Who did u start out and what why did u pick burnouts as a hobby 🤔
Geeez almost as much as a 355 stroker build.
😂 almost
They can definitely add up in plenty of different ways! Could spend way less, could also spend waaaaaaaay more!
Surprised how much your tail shaft was.. I almost paid double
I can do this with my 500 hp mustang. Literally caught rotors on fire
Are You guys coming to Darwin with sicko mob
We are indeed
Can't even afford to keep my 1989 VN APV Group 5i running as a daily driver let alone trying to do anything else🤷🏼♂️😂
Whats your day-to-day job ??
my cleveland stroker engine cost is about the same as your ls haha
Hahaha it’s crazy how they just add up! You could definitely spend waaaaay more on an LS

Oh god. Don’t say out loud that you like Aeroflow. The Speedflow boot lickers will lynch you.
Hahahha I would nearly put money on there being more cars out there with Aeroflow than speed flow these days
Damn when you add it up it hurts
Yeah it’s the first time I’ve added it up and it burns a little 🤣
@@Mick_Hinchy and like you said that’s without panel and paint so it’s closer to 90-100k. And without people helping us it’s WAY more
Counts a $8k hat, doesn't count an electric water pump... priorities hahaha
Hahahah 🤣🤣 didn’t even think of this
10/20k on tubs where are you going like wow
That’s the entire rear end… not just tubs
Nice but to me it’s a money pit.
77k not including the car it self.
But tuff looking rig I’ve got the cash but wouldn’t do it.
So ya got more balls thank me lol😂
All Down to preference really… I spent my life dreaming of owning a car like this, so this money pit has a lot of sentimental value
It's going to be funny when U wake up and realise it's missig😂😂😢😢😅😅 push it out onda road wrinch it up all goods bro bob gave it to your uncle
8k for the hat. 😬
Hope your partner doesn’t see how much this cost 😂
I’m the one holding the camera helping him add it up 😂
Facebook marketplace sales videos🤔
Great f#%k’n video
😎🤟
1000 bucks for v6 commy no rear brakes and ur set haha
Cost my mate his marriage
Who cares. More money than sense
You obviously care, because here you are leaving a useless comment.
How much too much…
if I sell drugs like you I can have a car like that 2
Most dudes use their drug money to buid 😂😂😂
Dam not a cheap hobby that's for sure,
Hahahaha it’s definitely not! But so worth it’s
