To reach a European final is almost beyond belief. I just hope that Rangers can go that one step further than they did in 2008 under the late, great Walter Smith and actually win the trophy in Seville against Eintracht Frankfurt.
The level of belief Van Bronckhorst has installed in this Rangers team is quite incredible.

Yeah, that was a difficult time for us. Although truth be told it was toughest in our first season back in the Spfl when we were getting beaten 4 or 5-0 by Celtic on a regular basis.

Fair play Rangers and well played Frankfurt, I'd like to congratulate their best player on the night Aaron Cresswell, learnt nothing since the last red card. Proud of the rest of my boys, didn't play well again really, haven't for the last 4 to 6 weeks as they're knackered, I cannot believe Moyes believed he had enough in January as it was obvious to all that we didn't. A bridge too far tonight but the progress we have made over the last 2 seasons is incredible and lets hope two things happen in the summer, a) Moyes identifies the correct targets and b) the board actually get those targets as there is a massive overhaul required as we are devoid of quality in too many areas. We've overperformed the last two seasons due to organisation and team spirit but there's nothing you can do about fatigue when there are no effective alternatives on the bench.

Tbh West Ham ought to take their learning outcome from first leg, but they ignored it. They knew Frankfurt's 'lighning speed' counter attacks and what did they? They left Cresswell (not even the fastest player) as the last man standing in defence and left him alone. Cresswell tried to prevent another goal for Frankfurt.Well, it wasn't clever how he tried, but he was the only one who could that moment and so he tried. So it wasn't Cresswells fault but his team mates one. Over all Frankfurt deserved to win.
