Hey all, we’re really grateful for the support we’ve received on these first videos. The TL;DR on what I’m about to say is: big improvements coming. We are just getting started/getting our feet under us in many ways and taking on this tournament production taught us a lot. With your continued support, we will be bolstering production on all fronts. Camera equipment, coverage style, audio cleanliness, editing, stats, graphics, player interviews, and more. Our number one goal remains providing next level content to grow the sport and the community. Any donations big and small make that possible. We welcome feedback, so please DM us here or on our Instagram if you have something you’d love to see in our future projects. - Alby
This is so dope. Well done on the production guys, making roundnet look professional as hell. I'm curious why there is occasional unresolved non-lut'ed/color corrected footage from time to time, but it all looks bad ass.
Some *spoiler-free* clarifications for the eagle-eyed viewers: 35:17 The preliminary 9 and 10 seeds based on pool play were auto-swapped before being finalized into the bracket to avoid a pool play rematch between the initial 8 and 9 seeds. 48:46 All stats before shared before semis are cumulative (include Pool Play, R16, Quarters) 1:52:44 For the finals, we see some familiar stats from the end of Pool Play - The RPRs for only the games from the finals should be closer to (in the order of players listed): Player 1: 105.9 Player 2: 83.2 Player 3: 104.5 Player 4: 81.1
Keyword search “roundnet bracket seeds” if you’d like to learn more about initial seeds versus bracket seeding and avoiding rematches (I made a few min video on it and why roundnet currently benefits from it).
@@Keylime314 precisely my thinking too - the through-line being Will is wrong about the call twice... and ultimately this break wins the series for Uppercut.
the one guy screaming in the background really takes away from the finals, it'd be one thing if it was a lot of people being excited, but dude is screaming about high calls...

Christian telling Klap how many cameras were on him before he proceeded to pop off late in game 3 of the semis is a legendary sound bite
So stoked on this production. The squish of the mud on the mic was an early highlight for me
1:01:08 bleeps out Rahul but keeps Will completely uncensored lolol
Easily one of the greatest roundnet productions ever. Huge congrats guys, this is amazing

Commenting for you in my algorithm 🥰
Question. I know what breaks are but is the “broken” stat for when the opposing team goes on a break against you?
Spot on!
They might be TRP Spotless, but they're pool play net in the Twinz game was looking Wonky
52:49 rough call
Tough lapse by observers here. I’ve def been there and messed up gimme’s 🙃
@@bdantowitz not me, never missed a call. But yeah, true it does happen. Just hate to see it on cheap breaks like this
1:11:02 contrasted with this though I love the narrative
@@bdantowitz I think I have clean on that one. Never looks like his knee touches the ground
