Ended up going to an allergy and asthma doctor, where I got put on allergy shots for like 5 years. Thankfully because of them my allergies are way way better.

Allergy season was hitting me like a ton of bricks. Check with your doctor. Mine was so bad I kept getting sinus infections even doing zyertec and benadryl at night. So she made quit benadryl and instead 1 zyertec morning and evening. Still have no clue what my allergy trigger is but that and nasal rinses were game changers. Really hope you and Sven feel better ❤
My husband has an allergy and nothing was helping him in high season. However, our friend advised my husband to take "Aerius" medicine and it works well so far.
As someone with different chronic allergies(pollen, food, urticaria). The important thing is changing allergy medication every now and then. I use desloratadine/aerius now, but switch it up with (levo)cetrizine. For some reason that's the only thing that works for me. Also upping the dosage. He can take up to 4 pills a day safely usually with anti-histamines, Aerius is one of those that you can do that. Discuss it with the doctor of course.
If you live near a main road or freeway, may want to buy a hepa filter h13 or more. With a carbon activated filter. Also keep windows open for fresh air as a lot of mould invisible can make allergies worse . Take 3 cups dandelion root leaf and roasted powder tea per day helps liver and avoid sugar avoid sodium gluten all inflammatory and also sugar is hard on liver
I love how well the two of you care for the babies, I just hate that any animal.has to suffer illnesses like this. At least we as humans can go to a doctor and say where it hurts. They need us to help them. And if we're not hyper vigilant and miss something?😢 Or if they already have a condition that may flare up later in life, it scares us and we become desperate want to almost perform magic just to have our babies healthy again. Sorry, I sound like an animal nut🤭
I think you need to see a specialist for legit prescribed medication just these things can go 0-100 in a blink of an eye and it’s really concerning with hearing how your voice/nasal airway is definitely not normal where it’s worrisome of anaphylaxis can possible happen to you. For your own health and safety please see a doctor asap they will give you medication to help you.
Please help yourself. Find emotional background for these allergies. Hypnotised person has no allergies, that means it's all in your head. And pets take these thing from humans. Pills will not solve the problems. It will cause more problems later
