Stewie is aggro and will push you while Tarik will play support on sites. I think overall Tarik is better though. He has the better shot WITH AN AWP. I think Stewie has the edge on his reaction time (look at the Boston major for proof) but he misses more shots.
SoaringCelery obviously fallen is the primary awper and when coldzera can also awp at a high level(CT side) there’s really no reason for Stew to take the awp
