John you should release the book in Europe, old Disney stuff and especially ducks is much bigger here than in US, it's practically a religion in Finland and Carl Barks and especially Don Rosa are Icons. You could probably quadruple the sales just by releasing in Finland if it's marketed to the fans of Aku Ankka.
