  • Our fall hike on the #Morteratsch glacier trail to see the golden larch trees in October. It's an easy path - 6 km to the ice and back. Visit in mid October to see the yellow trees.

Very nice picture, the Morteratsch Glacier is realy a nice place to visit in the summer, auntum time. Its not hot when you are walking. Generel the St.Moritz area you can visit all season when you like to make sport.

Hi It's a very nice vdo, thank you so much. May I ask some questions, when do you hike in the vdo? What's the date, first or second week of October? 😀

Nature is not a tragedy. The mountains around you on that walk have been sculpted by many a ebb and flow of the ice over the millennia. Geology does not mark it's time by our short life spans... ie. here is where the ice was in 1940.
