I’ve just been diagnosed with liver cysts, I’ve had pain and swelling in my liver for some time now.. I asked my Dr for an ultrasound, thinking I had a fatty liver, however liver cysts were found. If I eat dairy and sugar the pain and bloating becomes very painful I also have fever which comes and goes, I have itchy skin as well., and I feel very fatigued. Diet is a must for me. I have poly cystic liver disease. 10 months before ony cyst having the size 10.5*7.8 cm removed by key hole surgery. But now a second one is growing with 5.6cm size. Pain and bulging on abdomen. Am disappointed. Again waiting for surgery

One glass of wine a week is fine and will not hurt your liver.

It is much easier to shrink liver cysts when they are small. Follow a healthy natural diet and drink plenty of water. The most important supplements are Livatone Plus and N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) to repair liver damage. Make sure your doctor does an ultrasound scan of your liver every 12 months.

You are advised to avoid all dairy food and gluten containing foods, processed foods and damaged/hydrogenated fats.
We recommend taking

Hello, this depends on several factors such as the number of cysts, the size, as well as if you make the recommended dietary changes and take the recommended supplements.
Had a liver cyst the size of a grapefruit in me in Aug '23. Didn't even know it was there until I started feeling minor pain as I bent down to tie up my shoes. Doctor referred me for ultrasound, but the cyst "ruptured" that night after seeing doc.
I have had kidney stones before, but the pain from the ruptured cyst was twice as bad. I crawled to the bathroom, as I knew I was going to be sick. I ending up lying on a freezing cold bathroom floor, just wearing my jocks and hoping to die.
My wife called for ambulance, which took forever. I just kept asking her to please just "knock me out" with a blunt force to the head or something. Got it aspirated (drained) a couple of days later. Ended up being 1300ml of fluid.
Scary thing is, it has re-filled and I had another 750ml drained this week, only 8 months later.

It's difficult to be precise as this depends on several factors, but can take up to a year to notice a big reduction. It is important to monitor cysts with an ultrasound scan every 12 months. If you keep forming more cysts this can be a sign that your liver is inflamed, and that healthy liver tissue is turning into non-functional cysts.

I have Covid and my liver felt swollen?? A year later I had gallbladder surgery and NEVER had any problems with my gallbladder or liver until I had Covid!!
I too just got over a mild case of Covid and coincidentally have been feeling some mild discomfort from liver cysts recently diagnosed serendipitously from an MRI for my back. I’m scheduled for another sonogram to see what’s up. Changing my diet and am going to take a wait and see attitude.Weird how we both found a correlation with Covid though. Hello, no, not at all. If anything, if your liver enzymes are currently raised it would help to lower your liver enzymes as your liver health improves. Please note that it can take 6 to 12 months for a noticeable change in liver enzymes, however you will start to feel better much sooner than this.

Hello, the term "lesion" can also mean tumour or mass. The important thing is to determine whether it's benign or malignant. Benign liver lesions are very common and are generally not a cause for concern. Malignant liver lesions, however, require intervention and treatment.
