    Curious how salty it tasted ? Did Hogan drink wine with his steak?

      Yes should've brushed off more salt but to stay with history had to do it his way!

    that's a lot of salt and i have never seen where the steak is put directly on the coals like that and i did not see you turn it so i guess you did not. when i cook a steak i use a thermometer and a timer, i'll have to try that method sometime soon. so beside being a golf instructor you must be a chef also. thnx for the new video.

      The steak was turned after 4 minutes but that was accidentally cut from the video!
