My Christmas tree water has mold in it. Obviously I can’t take the tree out. What can I do. I have never had this problem. I bought the liquid tree food like I always do. Only a cap full when I filled w water. Please any help

You will need to remove the tree, dump the water, add more

The tree stand/pot is weird. It is too shallow. I'm thinking there has to be a hydraulic head sufficient to do anything. The little pot will not give the head pressure.
