It printed but when I reset to factory settings to make sure it would calibrate again it had the same issue. Stuck on nozzle cleaning. So after 4 hours of trying to get it to pass by cycling the power I ended up pushing the filament into the print head and pushing it down when it started the nozzle cleaning part of the test. Then it passed and completed the test successfully. Not sure if it was a coincidence but try that to see if it works for you and let me know please.
What is your printer firmware version?

Why you change the sensor?
It's what the creality team suggested.
I run two of the KE's, zero problems.
Good for you. The rest of us are hosed. 😅
you should print a tripod :P
I have the same fu%&$% problem, less than 5 days purchased. I will return it.
You may need to do a manual z offset after calibration is done.
@@outie555two I return that crap to Creality, buy a Bambu Lab A1, is another level, Creality sucks, thanks anyway
@@julianstucchikairuz7029 just bought a A1 after not being able to fix my 3V3 KE. Customer service was absolute garbage.
