I told one Ghanaian nurse to try gulf she was like I don’t want Arab country. And I left her in her ignorance. There’s a lot of stigma about gulf countries asking Ghanaians. So Ghanaian nurses who haven’t been posted please just take my advice and try it for yourself and stop struggling with IELTS and maybe you can raise capital and move to the us and Europe. A word to the wise is enough

Adaptation.. can you adapt to the environment, language wise and all.. the guest here lived in the big city and there, you can communicate well because it’s multicultural and some Arabians there communicate well in English language so it was easy for her but if you happen to get posted to a small region the not so big cities trust me it’s not so fun.. some of them in the smaller cities are very conservative unlike the ones in the bigger cities .. another thing there is no guarantee that you will get posted in the big cities.. I found myself in the countryside of Saudi and the some of them are hostile, the attitude towards the doctors and nurses working there isn’t nice sometimes abusive and in such places it’s so boring so so boring .. And in such regions you are expected to wear an abaya and cover your hair which isn’t so in the big cities like Riyadh and Jeddah..So I would really do a good research before moving. Unless you are sure you will be posted to the big cities.
