Can I get your opinion on this scenario, where a person is waiting to appear before a judge for their appeal, and his DLI has since expired after the original claim was filed, but since then his symptoms for the disabilities listed in the claim have worsted. Will medical records that document worsening conditions and ambulatory devices after the DLI date be taken into consideration or will the judge only consider evidence up to the DLI date? For example, a person lists IBS as one of their original disabilities, but after the DLI date, said disability has worsened and now causes backpain, but the medication and ambulatory devices prescribed all came after the DLI date.
Social Security does not cost the Government anything. The Payroll tax pays much of it. The Balance comes from the Trust Fund. I get so tired of hearing how much it is costing the government.
It "costs" because they don't want to pay back what they "borrowed".
The government does not borrow money from itself.
Or any particular social program. That would be like you borrowing money from your left
Pocket and putting it in your right pocket. Taxes are a way of regulating the currency system which in turn regulates the economic system. Try paying your taxes with anything other than US legal tender. It won't be accepted. Even gold, unless it's US minted coins and in that case, only the coin's face value will be credited to your account not the weight value or collectable value. So attempting to pay taxes that way would be stupid on your part. Learn how our currency system works and you will understand completely why we never run out of money ...

We were told in the 70s SSA is for retirees not unvetted illegal immigrants. This is a major problem.
They do not get SS unless they are age 62 and have at least 40 quarters in They meet the sane requirements as you did.

Thank you for keeping us informed. I'm disabled and my husband recently became disabled and he is currently fight for his disability. I shared this on my Facebook and on X.
So we’ll lose our social security and medicar3 but the new migrants are getting switched to Obama care plus everything else free. We will die of hunger or sickness while they enjoy a carefree life. I. So disappointed in our government. We pay so much money in taxes every single day. We paid into social security and Medicare for other people to enjoy the benefits.

I wonder if this is why I got the ticket to work thing in the mail from SSA.
I got my first CDR right at the time when I got the ticket to work pamphlet. First three questions a CDR ask is if you have worked in the past 2 years and list your last three doctor appointments related to your disability. I knew then that the ticket to work would try to kick you off of your disability benefits. 😮😮😮
@@rm19660 No I haven't worked in the last two years I have a serious heart condition that prevents me from that as well as the fact that they can't figure out why I am still getting dizziness constantly and I also have CDK and severe arthritis.

@@user-pz3if4pf2y I have been disabled since 1991. In 2023 I was certified as a PCA and tried to work part time and that's when I found out about my heart condition and how serious it is. Why?
❤Sounds like they are playing musical debt. Borrow money from ssa "in a bond" spends the money then has years before it's due. Then when it's due they borrow more money from the ssa again in another bond so they can pay off the first bond exempt it is bigger now . Repeat forever just getting bigger each time.

The future of survivability on these trust in the next ten years means you probably need to make around a million dollars to keep up with the cost of living which means SSA will only be a pension for the rich..the average person trying to contribute at the basic wage over a lifetime cannot compete and is about useless...it's pocket change...
So the bonds they creat are just pieces of paper that are worth nothing!!!!!!!

Simple math, a 5% return on 1 million is 60k a year...the average citizen doesn't even make 60k a year..never mind the return. You'd have to make 2.4 million or 60k a year for 40 years to qualify making 60k a year which makes no sense!
The average salary is around $60K

The largest problem is, our countries politicians have always elected to OVER-budget the military, black ops, space ops & out-sourced engineering companies for new tech. That's why they couldn't afford to bolster social security for 50 years. Social Security, literally, stays in the closet until they need a loan of some sort. Then it's BACK to the closet. The politicians must have been raised with silver, entitiled, spoons in their mouths when they actually needed a razor strop on their asses. This is why there are SO many homeless or near homeless starving in our country. They refuse to put country first. Instead they put their EGOs first. Then believe that's something to be proud of. Our country has become a non-humanitarian government that manipulates it's citizens at will without regard to the petty greed it's bleeding from the American public. I'm wondering what the future generations of political leaders will borrow from when this trust fund goes under? Something to think on I reckon. Hmmm........

Consumer tax should pay for everything, healthcare, disability and property tax. Consumer tax is an indefinite tax its a pay as you go, they should reappropriate taxes fundamentally and cancel out worker participation and constitute all taxes from consumer tax. So that no matter when or how they cut a check it will always be replaced by the spending that goes back into the economy not the earnings in wages...earnings is a system equivalent to living on borrowed money. They need big change.

I was watching cable tv and was replying to one of the wacko left and trying to explain all the dirty dealings of Biden and his whole crime syndicate in Washington. My battery on my I-phone was almost dead, so I switched over to my secondary phone. As soon as I switched over, my sister in law, my brother and I all heard what sounded like some one talking on a radio and very professional sounding and what came across my tv was this “he just switched over to the other line, do you have him” now, we all heard it plain as day and as I said it happened as soon as I switched on my secondary phone. So Bidens militarized FBI, CIA and DOJ are definitely monitoring Americans.

As a side note I filed for my regular social security on July 1, 2023 and didn’t receive any pay until January 3 2024. My birthday was in august 2023. So my first payment was due in September 2023. It was 5 months of back pay and I have asked many people if their regular social security (with no mistakes) took them 5 months to receive and no one has had that problem. And my may 3 2024 payment didn’t go into my normal bank account it went into a different bank account I had. Which luckily I found it and I will be able to draw out of it on May 17 provided no other glitches.
Now my nephew swears my name is on some list because of my disdain for Joe Briben and his whole communist party. I flew a few months ago and tried to get my boarding pass by computer and they refused and made me go to the counter to get it. I have only had one speeding ticket my whole life and no trouble with the police. These coincidences all started when I started pointing out all of the corruption by Joe Briben and his communist party in Washington. I have never made threats just pointed out facts that can be proven about Briben
If other countries might want money for us then they should sign contracts dating how they're going to pay it back! Just like anybody else with a credit card! They need to be held responsible!
What happened with the inflation reduction Act?
It created inflation but over the long term is supposed to decrease inflation…however, it’s looking like it may not meet that goal
If a child with disabilities from birth, lose their medical and Social Security if they are adopted by a family
They changed the statutes mid stream of my own case and my own state didn't defend my disability or my son's. They subsidized and gained Mainecare which keeps you off disability is the way they see it so they put their own subsidy of entitlement they think you should have not what you need..so you can get all the worst health care or best for free and get food but you won't get one red cent to pay for anything, so you can go homeless...which to them is all the better because that's the sham they run..it's done on purpose not to make financial provisions.
