Doctor sir I have been suffering from no sleep for more than 15 to 20 years. Always I have been thinking about past events including some guilty feelings. I have settled in Bangalore for the past 10 years. Here I went to a Psychiatrist for the treatment. He has been increasing the medicines which I am also suffering with addiction. Kindly understand me that I am not finding fault on the Psychiatrist. Then also I was not able to sleep.
Few days ago I watched our country's greatest person Dr. Abdul Kalam's messages on how to overcome from the guilty concious. I followed them and surprisingly my guilty concious have stopped. But then also I don't get sleep.
Kindly advise me what to do.

Doctor I am taking zam .5 since last 5 years so I am willing to withdraw it for my college studies but when I leave it for one day I felt uncomfortable so what I have to do?any steps before quitting this tablet?please reply
