- The Super Pershing in War Thunder was the tank that convinced me to play War Thunder in the first place. From using it in Company of Heroes, I fell in love with its intimidating looks and serious firepower!
As soon as I saw it in a War Thunder video, I knew I had to have it!
The T26E1-1 is famous for its thick armour and very unusual turret with it's recoil mechanism, counter balance and armoured ears. Make no mistake, this US Heavy Tank is a formidable beast!
In this video, I use it as a catalyst to get my 4th Nuke in War Thunder!

Dude, are you kidding me? The game was insanely close to ending and the fact you managed to drop that mama jama of a bomb makes it absolutely spectacular, especially since you were flying a B-29! Over all though, every time you spawed, you made it count. You are a true warrior!
I think if there is a player who has a vehicle with a nuke, the tickets should stop bleeding until either he drops the nuke, dies, or two minutes pass
I swear this happens... I strongly, strongly recall that the one time i witnessed a nuke, the tickets stayed at zero for the duration of the run, and ended after the nuke
@@Pyrohawk Didn't happen with my 3 nukes so far, but I still dropped it
@@Pyrohawk It happens in Arcade battles, where the tickets bleed much faster and by the time you manage to get a nuke the game is likely already over, but a Nuke freezes the ticket bleed just in case that losing team manages to snag one so they have time to drop it before the match just ends.
I don't know about realistic though. Seems it doesn't work that way.
@@Pulmonox doesn’t work like that in realistic sadly, I have not dropped many a nuke because of that.

@@theduck17 I have 2mil which is more than enough to be comfortable but it still doesn’t sit right with me that it’s $20k for a very situational tank. Plus I’m saving for whenever all vehicles go on sale :P

I am glad that this is becoming a series in its entirierity. It might take long to make, it might take skills to effectuate, but it's so good and so well explained that j could stay and watch this all day. Another excellent episode.

I almost nuked in T34 Heavy Tank, had 8 kills, 0 deaths, pushed through a smoek grenade and got ammo racked.. closest Ive ever been to one.
I was the Tiger II p happily going with repaired And extinguished engie (my engine got busted by that t-44) and then i caught a 90mm shell from purpleburglar. The ballad of the Tiger II p. And the Duster? Well lets just say I was dealing with IS and that madlad decided to almost giving me heart attack. I am so proud that I gave you the man-made atomic sun

This is the most metal tank of Warthunder. Its wearing the face of its enemies (Panther plate welded onto its turret face, if you weren't aware.)

Dude, I'm from CIS region. Not watching CIS WT bloggers at all, think they're pretty much all trash, and gotta say that when it comes to EU/NA War Thunder content makers, you're easily the best one in my book. I have gotten the nuke 4 times, 3 with the super Pershing and I am not even a big fan of the tank. Every time, the B29 doesn't make it before the battle ends. You need both the right game, gameplay-wise, and game mode-wise.
If this was fought in the "Advance to the Rhine" map it'd be so fascinating. Somehow this reminds me of the tank duel filmed near the end of WW2. It was a Panther vs Shermans and finally got taken out by a Pershing. Panther took out one of the advancing Shermans (gruesome footage of the commander with his leg taken off climbing out of the Sherman) and for whatever reason, the Panther commander never shot at the Pershing when they came face to face. The Pershing was so new to the war that perhaps the Germans couldnt tell what it was?! Pershing fired 3 rounds into the Panther and you could see the shells penetrating the Panther (while the crews were clambering out of the Panther). Both tanks had shot at 2 civilians in a car (driver died and the woman was filmed being tended to by medics but later died being crushed by a tank!). While the duel caught on film was fascinating, the death of the woman remind us the terrible tragedy of war.

@@johnconnorburns3269 yeah it's dope it can carry 2 individually dropped 1,000 pound bombs and 2 500 pound bombs, and either 8 or 16 rockets, plus it has 4 mk5 Hispanos, so it can do head ons nicely and even turn fight some heavier fighters bc the turn time isn't that bad
What line up would you recommend 4.7 or keep it under 4.0?

I really enjoy this form of story telling, seeing all the different angles of the battle field is pretty cool. It'd be good to see more of these uploaded every now and then, inbetween your regular videos

I had a similar situation last month in my M6 from the battle pass. I was holding the center cap on American desert agianst the German forces. My team slowly gets put down while I hold my ground. By the time I died I had 10 kills and we were being spawned camped by Germans while tickets ran low. I got in the b29 and made a low and fast break for the battlefield. Dropping the nuke and clutching it for the team was the most satisfying thing in the world.

i have to give it to you Odd. this is by far the BEST War Thunder video that you have ever made, and beat any other video i have seen anyone else make in the last 5 years.
War Thunder is a game that get's my gears grinding so hard it makes my hair fall out, but this video had me at the edge of my chair the entire time, from start to finish.
this alone shows not just your dedication to create content that entertains, but your love of making that content. OddBawz, you are in my mind THE BEST War Thunder RUclipsr in existance with an equally great cast of friends that you play with from time to time. RUclipsr of the Year? i sure as hell would say so!! I really enjoy the editing style you do in your videos, this one being a great example. They don't seem to come round that often anymore, so i imagine they are time consuming to produce. But i wanted you to know i do appreciate the way the footage is edited and shown with the narration.
I cannot tell you how many times I got cold chills while cheering for you to get this bomb out! I started shaking after watching the tickets bleed out as you were creasing the hills in that big beautiful bomber! What a video to watch and what a way too end a painful and long match of War Thunder!👏 definitely enjoyed this video and I love the commentary that you do while you play your heart out! Problem isn't watching temmates dying everywhere, it's watching them die everywhere and not mark where they died from so the enemy gets even more kills.
