Correct me if I’m wrong, but he didn’t just run 50 miles, he individually found and took out every single person on both trains to safety no? That’s very impressive

We know that he doesn’t have a problem with stopping his momentum as he can go back to his seat without having to slow down considerably so his back and forth should not matter. Without series logic and suspense the flash is hypothetically able to save those people before Caitlyn can even say anything about it. He should also be able to patrol the entire earth in a few seconds max meaning he could stop everything crime before it happens consistently. While obviously no human can do what he did in the scene, he can also just do everything a whole lot faster.
