Featured Chef Series: Chef Mark Sekita

Chef Mark Sekita, the owner and chef of Mark's Tokyo, joins us as one of our Featured Chefs. Chef Mark currently has designed in-flight meals for our routes from Japan, creating a seasonal menu from locally sourced ingredients inspired by his Japanese and Italian roots, his travels around the world, and the food he grew up with.
